Stephen E. Davies President
Steve Davies brings over thirty years of construction experience in providing general contracting and construction management services for renovations, new construction, commercial and residential projects, with a concentration in the bank "work out" arena. As a talented entrepreneur he has created an organization that is committed to creating value and trust, by providing high quality customer driven performance to all clients. |

Prior to starting Integrated Construction Management Group, Steve served as Director of Construction for Struever Bros. Eccles & Rouse Inc., where he had a successful 10 year career managing residential and commercial construction for both in-house and third party clients. His operational duties included the management of multiple ongoing construction projects through a staff of estimators, buyers, project managers, and site superintendents including the oversight of budgeting, purchasing, scheduling, quality control, safety and business development. Additionally, he worked closely with the development team to provide full pre-construction services.
Steve's previous experience includes several executive positions within the construction industry, working on a wide variety of projects.
Steve was educated in the U.K. and Graduated A.I.Q.S. (Associate Institute of Quantity Surveyors) from Salford University, through a corporate scholarship from John Laing Construction Co., Manchester, England. He was also awarded the John Laing Construction Pupil of the Year. He has obtained additional management courses taken during M.B.A. studies at Loyola College.
